It is critical to heal the source of shame at the core in order to live a happy and fulfilled life with a positive sense of self worth.

How do you make space in your life to sit with these uncomfortable emotions and allow them to move through you, rather than being stuck in your mind and body? It takes a great amount of courage to do this kind of inner work. But it is the most important work you can do in your life.
